Founder & CEO

With 12 years of international experience in the renewable energy industry, and a strong focus on solar energy and sustainable technologies in America and Asia. Under Mr. Cohen’s leadership, ArtIn Energy evolved from a start-up into a profitable business, achieving $15.4 Million in revenue over the last three years. Jhon holds a Corporate Strategist degree from Harvard University, an MBA from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Externado University.

Cristhian Andrews

Director & Board Member

Cristhian currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee of Initiative Equity Partners, a NY-Based Family Office managing $510M and overseeing a portfolio of companies in finance, tech, & healthcare. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Euldora Financial Inc, managing $12 Billion in Assets. Assuming a fiduciary approach with a sound foundation of investment principles, it is with effervescent passion that Cristhian pursues the efficient allocation of capital to its highest and most intelligent use. Over the past few years, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of a NY-Based Endowment managing a diverse portfolio of Companies & Real Estate. Additionally he has diversified his time with Film & Media strengthening his diversity for valuations & acquisitions, his ability to identify alpha, and his talent in achieving successful returns above benchmarks.

Oscar Felipe

Director & Board Member

Offering a unique perspective on markets, Oscar’s obsession for finding alpha is what motivates his efforts on recognizing exceptional businesses with remarkable management. His current duties are grounded by a sound foundation of investment principles, demanding value creation, conservative valuations, and executing vast due diligence and analysis in order to achieve risk-adjusted returns. With a keen eye for impactful capital decision-making, he has successfully scaled 4 companies in the Tech industry with a focus in SaaS, Architectural Technology, Data Platforms, Real Estate, & Advertising. From his experience as an entrepreneur, Oscar’s curiosity and concern for proper capital use led him to dive deeper into the world of asset management, security analysis, & portfolio construction. With a firm belief that changing the world for the better is possible, he is committed to dedicating his life to creating value for society.

Lucia Rivera

Chief Financial Officer

With 32 years of financial experience, has led renowned companies in the energy sector, including roles at Louis Dreyfus, IC Power, and Cofco International. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at ArtIn Energy, driving the financial success of large-scale photovoltaic and green hydrogen plants in America. Lucia holds degrees in Top Financial Management from Andes University and is a Certified Public Accountant from Libre University.

Oscar Rodriguez

Business Development Director

Oscar Rodriguez is a seasoned Business Development Executive with over three decades of unparalleled expertise in energy industrial sales. With a robust background in navigating the intricacies of the energy sector, Oscar has honed his skills in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion outperforming as National Sales Director of Bavaria (Anheuser-Busch InBev)

Business Strategy Manager

Bringing 37 years of financial sector experience, including roles like General Treasurer at Banco Santander, General Treasurer at Banco Caldas, Stock Broker, and Business Strategy Manager at ArtIn Energy. Ancizar is a Certified Public Accountant from Manizales University.

Administrative Director
