CEO/Founder

Jhon brings 13 years of international experience in the renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on solar energy and sustainable technologies in America and Asia. Under Mr. Cohen’s leadership, ArtIn Energy evolved from a start-up into a powerhouse, amassing USD $538 billion in PPA assets on its balance sheet. Jhon holds a Corporate Strategist degree from Harvard University, an MBA from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Externado University.

Cristhian Andrews

Director of the Board

As Chairman of the Investment Committee at Initiative Equity Partners, a New York-based investment firm managing $2.4B in Assets, Cristhian oversees companies in finance, technology, energy and healthcare. With a fiduciary approach rooted in sound investment principles, Cristhian is passionate about efficiently allocating capital to its highest and most impactful use. Previously, he served as CIO for a New York-based endowment managing diverse portfolio of companies and real estate. His previous work in film has furthered enhanced his expertise in IP and marketing, allowing his portfolio companies to break through the noise in a media-driven world.

She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at ArtIn Energy, driving the financial success of large-scale photovoltaic and green hydrogen plants in America. Lucia holds degrees in Top Financial Management from Andes University and is a Certified Public Accountant from Libre University.

Oscar Rodriguez is a seasoned Business Development Executive with over three decades of unparalleled expertise in energy industrial sales. With a robust background in navigating the intricacies of the energy sector, Oscar has honed his skills in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion outperforming as National Sales Director of Bavaria (Anheuser-Busch InBev)

Ancizar Castaño

Corporate Strategy Director

Bringing 37 years of financial sector experience, Ancizar’s previous roles include General Treasurer at Banco Santander, Stock Broker and General Treasurer at Banco Caldas, and now currently as Director of Business Development at ArtIn Energy. Ancizar is a Certified Public Accountant from Manizales University.
